     Los Angeles - According to NBC Southern California, "Clippers will win:"  A rowdy Steve Balmer, took Monday's August 19, 2014, fan rally by storm when Steve Balmer introduced himself as the new owner the Los Angeles Clippers.   Now, Steve Balmer says, he has accomplished as much at Microsoft as he  has wanted to, and is stepping aside.  See also, www.losangelestimes.com.
